You have found our talent programme. It’s our way of giving bright, young things a kick start to their sustainability communications career. Every year there will be a small number of full-time, 12 month, paid places to be filled and it promises to be a full-on, action packed year for lucky candidates.

We will give you six months experience with our Account team as an Account Executive and then six months experience with our Creative team as a Creative Assistant. Your job is to get stuck in, learn fast and have fun.

Competition for places will be fierce. But if you like the sound of it, keep an eye on our website for the next round of applications. It will probably be in April 2013, but who knows, we may need you sooner!

Alongside our Talent programme, we do offer internships. For these, we want to focus on people who are committed to sustainability and communications, like us. So, we will only take on people who have an organised internship as part of their structured development programme or educational course.

If that’s you, please get in touch with Stuart - StuartDuncan@futerra.co.uk

Will we make exceptions?

No. We are constantly talking about our responsibility as a business. We want to find a simple, fair way to help people get experience and get jobs. We’re working on it and we will crack it. But until we do, going backwards to the all-too-common, ad-hoc intern approach is not an option. It’s not fair to the people who have earned their place on our talent programme, or those who have chosen to dedicate a part of their education to learning about sustainability communications. If you want to kick-start your career in sustainability communications, please apply to our Talent programme.
