What to expect.
We love our interns, they are a crucial part of the team and vital in helping us achieve our aims. We try and make your time with us stimulating and rewarding and encourage you to attend meetings, brainstorms, events, and drinks on the roof terrace. (yes, we have a roof terrace). It’s not all glamour though and you will have to muck in sometimes on reception or preparing meetings but we promise that you won’t be stuck doing anything boring for long.
All interns have regular meetings with a dedicated line-manager to discuss their personal development. We’re proud of our interns and we hope that they go on to change the world.
Interns are paid £20 a day to cover basic expenses.
What we’re looking for
Futerra is the UK’s leading sustainability communications agency. If you want to work with us to make the world sustainable then you need to have an interest in what we do.
You don’t need a Masters in sustainability or a degree in marketing but you do need to be able to show us that you are involved or interested in sustainable development and communications and have a desire to create change. That means knowing what a digital footprint is as well as a carbon footprint.
For starters you’ll have read our thought leadership over here (particularly the Rules of the Game and New Rules) and you’ll have seen our blog and our twitter.
Ideally you’ll know your Godin from your Gladwell and you’re interested in fresh ideas from sustainability, marketing, social psychology, web.20, design or wherever you might find them.
