We do offer an internship programme. For this, we want to focus on people who are committed to sustainability and communications, like us. So, we will only take on people who have an organised internship as part of their structured development programme or educational course.

Will we make exceptions?

No. We are constantly talking about our responsibility as a business. We want to find a simple, fair way to help people get experience and get jobs. We’re working on it and we will crack it. But until we do, going backwards to the all-too-common, ad-hoc intern approach is not an option. It’s not fair to the people who have earned their place on our talent programme, or those who have chosen to dedicate a part of their education to learning about sustainability communications.
