Futerra's Creative Director Ed is currently at one of the world's biggest sustainability events, the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Barcelona (he went by train of course!). Ed was speaking at the gathering of over 8000 sustainable development experts from across the globe on what works and what doesn't when trying to communicate the challenge of biodivesity conservation. It was an extremely popular panel session and the debate was lively, starting from the problem that 'perception is the only reality' and despite what we might wish, the term 'biodiversity' has little salience and resonance with the global public.
