More Greenwash

Some fantastic examples of greenwash today from jonasrisen on the greenline blog from Ziger/Snead LLP Architects. Have a look. The article is spot on and reinforces much of what we said in our own Greenwash Guide.

I think the one below from LG Eden might be my favourite.

A beautiful hippie. Levitating above a giant lily pad. In a jungle. With butterflies. And monkeys. And more gorgeous people cavorting in the background. Really?

As treehugger has pointed out - "the Eden Collection is created from a minimum of 12% pre-consumer recycled material." - somewhat akin to calling a product vegan when it is made from 88% lard.
