Great green stories
Posted by: David Willans
Being green gives you great stories, but many companies just haven't grasped this fact.
Not a week goes by without a new piece of research telling us consumers are concerned about environmental and social issues. Companies are doing more and more to improve their 'sustainability credentials'. But whether it's climate change, food security, poverty, or sweat shop labour, the vast majority are missing a trick.
My favourite exception to the rule are Howies. They tell a great story, which has helped them recruited a die-hard following. I challenge you to have a look at their site and not get inspired!
Hopefully we'll see more and more companies will join in and tell their tales of tackling sustainability in a way that doesn't involve a long and boring report.

I so think Jeremy Paxman should wear one of these T-Shirts from Howies http://www.howies.co.uk/section.php/84/0 - pure genius!
