Trevor Kavanagh - The Sun's Political Editor

Posted by: Futerra team

A sign of things to come?

On 31st July Trevor Kavanagh announced in The Sun that he's renouncing their Jeremy Clarkson line -

"Until this year, I've been a fully paid up member of the Jeremy Clarkson school of meteorological science: if this is climate change, let's have more of it.

"Or, since global warming is probably an invention of scaremongers, carry on driving your gas-guzzling monster and wave two fingers at the pessimists.

"But I'm more worried now. Temperatures in the nineties (or mid-thirties Centigrade) day after day in London are too damn hot. Even without power cuts.

"And climate change or not, we really are running short of water. Rainfall where I live in the south has fallen by a quarter in 25 years."

Trevor you're hot!
